Refund Policy

1. The pilot, and the kill switch

Every engagement starts with a 30-day pilot against one metric agreed in writing. If that metric has not moved in 30 days, you stop and owe nothing further. The pilot fee covers the full 7-day implementation and the pilot month of operation, as itemized in your written quote.

2. Monthly service

After the pilot, billing is monthly. Cancel with one message, any month — no notice period beyond the current billing cycle, no exit fees, no renewal fees. We re-earn the fee every four Mondays or you leave.

3. Pass-through charges

Meta’s per-conversation WhatsApp charges are billed at cost and itemized on every invoice. Charges already incurred with Meta are not refundable by us.

4. How to cancel or raise a billing question

Message your implementation lead on WhatsApp or write to team@valenza.io. Offboarding follows the published process on How It Works: your number stays yours, your data is exported, handover completes within one week.
