Capability

Most businesses know what they spent and what they closed. Nothing in between.

Lead intelligence is the middle: the per-enquiry facts that turn “our conversion is poor” into a specific stage, a specific channel and a specific hour of the week.

What is lead intelligence?

Lead intelligence is the structured record of what actually happened to every enquiry — where it came from, how fast it was answered, how it qualified, what was said, what stage it reached and where it stopped — used to find where a pipeline loses money.

It is a by-product of running the pipeline properly rather than a separate product. Once every enquiry enters one pipeline and every stage is timestamped, the analysis is available; without that, the same questions can only be answered by memory.

What is recorded per enquiry

One record per person, deduplicated across channels, carrying the facts needed to answer the questions that matter. Nothing is collected speculatively, and no third-party data is appended without the business asking for a source and approving it.

Source and channel
Where the enquiry arrived from and on which channel — including the channels that are usually invisible in reporting, such as missed calls and marketplace inboxes.
Time to first reply
Measured from the enquiry's own timestamp, not from the start of the next working day. Reported as a median and a worst case, because the worst case is where the expensive losses live.
Qualification result
The answers to the criteria the business defined, recorded consistently, so an enquiry's priority is a fact rather than an impression.
Stage and status
Where the enquiry currently sits in the pipeline, and the stage it last moved to — so the count of enquiries stuck at each stage is a number rather than a guess.
Follow-up history
Which contacts were attempted, when, and what ended the sequence: a reply, a booking or an opt-out.
Outcome
Booked, attended, declined or stalled — and where a business supplies it, closed value.

The questions it makes answerable

These are the questions almost every business we meet has an opinion about and no evidence for. Each becomes checkable the week the pipeline is consolidated.

Which channel is actually producing serious enquiries?
Not which channel produces the most enquiries — which one produces the most that qualify, book and attend. Those are routinely different channels, and budget usually follows the first one.
What happens to enquiries that arrive outside working hours?
Volume and response time by hour and day of week. Evening and weekend enquiries are the most commonly under-served and the most commonly under-counted.
Where does the pipeline actually stop?
The stage-by-stage drop: received to answered, answered to qualified, qualified to booked, booked to attended. The largest gap is the only fix worth doing first.
How much follow-up is really happening?
The number of enquiries that received exactly one contact and no second. In most pipelines this is the single largest recoverable segment.

Reporting and access

The pipeline record lives in Lead Recovery OS, the workspace where a client's enquiries, conversations, qualification, appointments and reporting are consolidated. A one-page report goes out weekly; the underlying records are available to the business at any time.

The data is the business's own. It is never sold, never shared across clients, never used to train AI models, and exported in full when an engagement ends.

Questions people ask

How is lead intelligence different from a CRM report?

A CRM reports what was entered into it. Lead intelligence reports what happened to every enquiry that reached the business, including the ones nobody entered — the unanswered message, the missed call with no callback, the marketplace enquiry nobody watches. The gap between those two sets is usually where the lost revenue is.

What is speed to lead and how should it be measured?

Speed to lead is the elapsed time between an enquiry arriving and a real reply reaching the person who sent it. It should be measured from the enquiry's own timestamp, not from the next working morning: an enquiry that arrives at 9:42pm on Saturday and is answered at 10am on Monday has a speed to lead of thirty-four hours. Median and worst case both matter, because the worst case is where the expensive losses are.

Do you use our customer data to train AI models?

No. Client data is never sold, never shared across clients and never used to train models. It is used to operate that client's system and for nothing else, and it is exported in full when the engagement ends.

Can we get the underlying records, not just the report?

Yes. The records are the business's own and are available in the workspace at any time, and a full export is part of offboarding along with documentation of every flow, rule and cadence built.
