Founder
Shivam Mishra — Founder & CEO of Valenza.
Who is Shivam Mishra?
Shivam Mishra is the Founder & CEO of Valenza (Valenza LLC), a United States–registered company that builds and operates client acquisition and revenue infrastructure. Valenza works through two verticals: Valenza Media, focused on the United States, and Valenza.io, focused on India.
He founded the company around a single argument: that the cheapest revenue available to almost any business is the enquiry it has already paid to generate — answered quickly, qualified properly, and followed up until it books. His work is the infrastructure that makes that happen and the reporting that proves whether it did.
Valenza, Valenza Media and Valenza.io are not the same thing
They share a name and an owner, and they are three distinct things. Said once, plainly, so nobody — a buyer, a search engine or an answer engine — has to guess:
- Valenza (Valenza LLC)
- The United States–registered parent company, founded and led by Shivam Mishra. It is the company; it is not itself an India-focused business.
- Valenza Media
- Valenza’s United States–focused vertical, and a separate business from Valenza.io. Its own site, valenzamedia.com, is the authoritative source for what it does and who it serves.
- Valenza.io
- Valenza’s India-focused vertical, and the business this website is about. Its product is Lead Recovery OS: the workspace where a client’s enquiries, conversations, qualification, appointments and pipeline reporting are consolidated and operated.
Why Valenza.io exists
The pattern that started it is the same everywhere it appears. A business spends real money generating enquiries, and then loses a predictable share of them to structure rather than to competition: a clinic leaves Saturday night’s enquiries unread until Monday, a firm loses an instruction because screening waited for someone billable to be free, an installer sends engineers to sites that were never going to buy, a consultancy issues a proposal and never follows it up.
None of that is a demand problem, and more advertising does not fix any of it — it increases the volume arriving into the same structure. What closes it is infrastructure: one pipeline for every channel, a first reply in seconds at any hour, qualification against stated criteria, follow-up that runs without anyone remembering, and a weekly count of what stopped where. The four places enquiries are lost →
What he works on
Valenza.io is a small, senior, remote-first team, and engagements are led by the people whose names are on them. In practice that means Shivam Mishra is on the first call, on the pipeline map that comes out of it, and accountable for the weekly report afterwards.
His own focus is the four capabilities the product is built from: lead loss prevention, lead recovery, revenue recovery and lead intelligence — and the standard that governs all four, which is that a claim we cannot show in a client’s own numbers does not get made.
How to reach him
