How it works

Seven stages between an enquiry and revenue. We build and run all of them.

Most suppliers describe their process in adjectives. Ours is short enough to publish in full — what each stage does, how it gets built, what we need from you, and what arrives every week once it is live.

The pipeline

  1. 01

    Attract

Reach the people who are already in-market for what you sell.

Outbound prospecting and inbound capture feed the same pipeline. We do not run your ads — we make sure every source you already pay for lands somewhere that responds.

  2. 02

    Capture

Every enquiry enters one organised system, whatever channel it arrives on.

Forms, messaging apps, social DMs, inbound email, missed calls and chat all route into a single pipeline with a single record per person. Nothing sits in an inbox nobody owns.

  3. 03

    Qualify

Intent, fit, urgency and value are established before your team spends an hour.

A short set of questions you define, asked the same way every time. High-intent prospects are flagged and prioritised; poor-fit enquiries are handled politely and closed out instead of consuming your calendar.

  4. 04

    Engage

Personalised conversations happen in seconds, at any hour, on any day.

Replies are written in your voice from material you approved. The system answers the routine questions, escalates the sensitive ones to a human immediately, and never improvises where the stakes are real.

  5. 05

    Follow up

No promising opportunity is forgotten because someone was busy.

Scheduled, capped, polite persistence across the whole pipeline: proposals chased, quiet prospects revived, no-shows rescheduled. It stops instantly on a reply or an opt-out.

  6. 06

    Book

Qualified prospects move straight into a consultation, appointment or sales call.

Real availability from your real calendar, with confirmations and reminders that reduce no-shows. No back-and-forth, no queue waiting for someone to call back and schedule.

  7. 07

    Measure

You can see the whole pipeline from first enquiry to closed revenue.

One page a week: enquiries, qualified, engaged, booked, attended — against the baseline we measured before launch. If the numbers stall, you see it before we explain it.

How it gets built

Four stages, in this order, every time. A focused single-channel deployment is typically live inside a couple of weeks; a multi-channel pipeline with outbound and CRM automation takes longer. You get a dated plan after the scoping call rather than a number before it.

  1. Stage 1

    Map and agree.

We map every route an opportunity currently takes into your business, and where each one stops. Then we agree the thing most businesses have never written down: what qualified actually means here — requirement, timeline, value band, location, eligibility, whatever decides that an opportunity is worth your team’s hour.

You: one working session, plus your rough volumes by source.

You receive a written scope covering which stages we are building, which systems each one uses, what we need access to, and a dated plan.

  2. Stage 2

    Design and write.

Every message, question, cadence and routing rule is designed and written in your voice. This is the stage that decides whether the system sounds like your business or like software, so it is the one we ask you not to rush.

You: review and approve every message. Nothing goes live unapproved.

  3. Stage 3

Build, connect and measure the baseline.

Channels connected, calendar wired in, system of record populated, routing and guardrails configured. We measure your baseline firstcurrent response times, qualification and booking rates — so the weekly report’s comparison is your real before, not a guess.

You: access to the accounts being connected, about half an hour, guided.

  4. Stage 4

    Test, then supervised go-live.

We fire test enquiries at every edge case we can think of: pricing questions, odd hours, angry messages, poor-fit enquiries, handover triggers. Your team gets a short walkthrough — mostly “here is how you take over a conversation” — and then we go live with our people watching every conversation in real time before it runs unsupervised.

    You: a short team walkthrough.

Total asked of you across the whole build: a few hours, most of it approving the messages that will go out in your name.

Then the rhythm starts — and never needs chasing.

Every week

The one-page pipeline report: every stage, this week against your baseline. No dashboard to log into, no vanity metrics, no forty-page PDF.

Every month

A tuning pass. We read the conversations the system handed to humans, tighten the answers that came out weak, and adjust cadences to what your market is doing now rather than at launch.

Always

People on our side monitoring, guardrails enforced rather than assumed, and a named lead who answers you within four business hours. You never chase us for status — status arrives on schedule.

  1. 1your baseline, measured before launch
  2. 2the stages that decide revenue
  3. 3if this column stalls, you will see it first

If you ever leave, here’s exactly what happens.

Your accounts and numbers stay yours; they always were. You receive a full export of conversations and records, plus documentation of every flow, rule and cadence we built — enough for your own team or another supplier to pick them up. Handover is complete within a week.

We make leaving straightforward for a selfish reason: it forces us to re-earn the engagement on the numbers rather than on a contract clause. Lock-ins are what companies use instead of results.

Stage one is a thirty-minute call. Start there.
