Enquiry conversations and qualification answers on behalf of our clients, as a processor for their business.

To run the demo call, deliver contracted services, and improve those services. No other purposes.
5. What we never do
Sell data, share it across clients, train AI models on your data, or send marketing you didn’t ask for.
6. Legal basis & consent
Consent and contract performance under the DPDP Act 2023. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to team@valenza.io.
7. Retention
Booking data is retained while relevant; client-system data is retained for the engagement, then exported and deleted on exit.
8. Your rights
